June 28th
Our chain off was on June 28th. We had a TON of traffic and quite a few honks and the thumbs up sign. Channel 6 news came out and interviewed us but then didn't air it. Oh well!! Some people turned around and stopped for our brochures, etc. I had several other media who were supposed to come out but never showed. I was really disappointed. My co-worker said that one of our local stations aired a segment on Saturday night about a guy in another state chained to a tree who is with DDB. Kinda of makes you scratch your head as to why they won't cover their local rep but will air a segment from another state. Crazy media!!! LOL At least the message is getting out there and that's all that really matters. I hope we can make a really big impact next year!
